All BEYOND classes commence with a breathing & mindfulness practice - as well as activating deep core & pelvic floor muscles.
Classes cater to every level of experience & are mobility safe.

BEYOND Reformer
Master body awareness with Beyond Pilates mix of classic & modern Reformer styles.
Working on breath control precision, coordination, balance, core, lean muscle, resistance & pelvic floor. Reformer is low impact &
pre & postpartum safe.

BEYOND YOGA
Whether its a gentle Yin Yoga Style Stretch or on invigorating Vinyasa Flow - Beyond Yoga is for you. Accessible , easy to follow and for absolutely EVERYBODY - flexibility is not required!!!!

BEYOND Mat Pilates
A great foundational class to develop & hone your
Pilates technique, form & understanding.
This class is pre & postpartum and injury & mobility aware.
Experienced students can perfect advanced moves in a safe environment.
